How we handle your information

We treat your name, phone number, email address, account information, payment information and other personal data as confidential. We take the storage of this information seriously. The information you provide is used within our business to secure your account and support the services connected with it.

Access is limited to members of our staff who need the information to provide those services. We do not pass your personal or gaming information to third parties. The exception is when government authorities require us to provide it.

Emails from us

We follow an anti-spam approach. Messages we send by email do not include details of your account balance. You can unsubscribe from email messages, although doing so may mean that you no longer receive news concerning your account.

Correspondence

We retain copies of letters and other correspondence that we receive from you. This gives us a record of the information you have provided and the communications exchanged with us. The same confidentiality approach applies to those retained copies.
